Browsing the site
The site presents the company’s services and properties. Hosting systems may process technical browsing data, such as IP address, date and time, requested page and device information, to provide the service and protect its security. The site does not incorporate its own audience analytics, advertising or profiling tools. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the proper delivery and security of the service, with due regard for visitors’ rights.
Information requests
You can contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. The owners’ form prepares a message in your browser: the fields are not sent to Zonoedro until you open the external channel and choose to send the message. The name, contact details and information you provide are used to respond to and assess your enquiry, on the basis of pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject or, for general enquiries, the legitimate interest in providing a response. Do not use these channels to send health data or other sensitive data.
Bookings and external services
You can check availability and book through the external Kross service. The embedded module is not loaded automatically: you can choose to enable it or open the external booking process directly. When you enable the module, your browser communicates with the providers of the resources needed for it to function; when you open the external booking process, you will find the information and terms applicable to the booking. WhatsApp communications are also subject to its provider’s privacy notice. Processing for bookings, contracts and legal obligations is also described in the information provided during the booking process and in the relevant agreements.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by suppliers involved in hosting, communication services, management software and administration, according to their respective roles and the applicable agreements. External services may involve infrastructure outside the European Economic Area; for processing carried out by these providers, please refer to their privacy notices and the applicable safeguards. The site does not publish users’ enquiries or sell their data.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and manage any subsequent developments in the relationship. Contractual, accounting and tax data are retained for the periods required by the applicable obligations. Technical data are processed for the service’s operational and security needs, in accordance with the policies of the provider and the controller. The need to protect rights may require further retention within the limits of the law.
Your rights
In the circumstances provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing; where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can contact the controller using the details above and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. The site does not make automated decisions with legal effects based on information requests.
Medical sector
The medical spaces are being prepared. This site does not allow healthcare services to be booked and does not contain a form for collecting clinical data. Any privacy notices for future healthcare services will be provided before those services are launched.
